My mother would have liked to see this. She used to raise horses and always took good care of them, and her and my grandparents would talk about the personalities of some of the horses. One would come up to the door and paw at it with his hoof for a biscuit in the mornings some days..my grandma made good biscuits. There was another that would not cross even a stream if you were on it's back, he would just lay down until you got off, or stop so fast you went flying off. I'm terrified of sitting on a horse because of how big they are..and it makes me sad cause my mom loved horses so much that I feel like I let her down somehow by never learning to ride one.

This was exactly how my dog, Sammy, found me. She was just sitting on my porch when I came home from work one day, and started wiggling all over when I got out of my car as if to say, "You're here! I've been waiting for you!" We had 11 years together before she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. One of the best dogs we ever had. <3

In all honestly their really is no saying what the animal would have done. He’s an animal and is unpredictable. I have been in situations with wild animals that definitely could have manned or killed me and didn’t. Like I said it’s unpredictable. Of course the safety of the family’s child needed to come first. If it was your kid you would have thought the same way.
